Instaustad does not claim ownership of captions retrieved from Instagram. Rights remain with their authors or other applicable rights holders.
Transient results
The extractor is designed to return results to the requesting visitor rather than publish a searchable archive of submitted captions.
Reporting a concern
Use the contact page and include your name, the original work, the Instaustad URL involved, a description of the issue, a good-faith statement and confirmation that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Review process
We may request clarification, restrict access to affected material or take other proportionate action. Misrepresenting a copyright claim can have legal consequences.
Responsible use
Users should quote sparingly, attribute clearly and request permission when republishing substantial creative text, especially for commercial purposes.
